Overview

What does it take to be a “great leader”? We see a lot of leaders in the world with different styles. Although there is no “right” way to lead, there are effective ways to help teams succeed.  Most of the world’s best running teams operate under “servant leaders”. This discussion-based masterclass will teach you about the art of "servant leadership" on Agile cross-functional teams.

Format

This is a lecture-based and discussion-based masterclass. We will meet 2 times a week (1 hour each time) for 2 weeks. Each week there will be discussions covering lecture and discussion for different topics.

You will be expected to write homework and apply critical thinking each week.

Tools Used for the Class

  1. Communication - We’re using Discord for class meetings, announcements, file submission, help, and chats
  2. Documentation - You can choose your tool of choice to document requirements. The example will be shown on Figjam and you are welcome to use Figjam to build your project or another tool of choice.
